Parking Lot
House Corporation’s summer of 2013 project to completely overhaul Iota's Parking Lot is complete! The immediate project improved the grade, entry and exit clearance and parking space arrangement with new concrete. A new retaining wall, columns, decorative fence, raised planters and a new concrete accessibility ramp was also included. A dumpster and recycling housing with an attached utility shed was added. Landscape was added to the retaining wall, accessible ramp surround and front planters. Conduit has been run to allow for exterior lighting to highlight the front entry of the house and landscape. Additional funds are still needed to complete the lighting phase of the project and Iota House Corporation Board is accepting donations! Check back for project updates as we continue to post photos!
